TERMS & CONDITIONS
GENERAL
Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using the website http://www.heavenlymodelsuk.co.uk which is operated by Heavenly Models UK (“us”, “we”, “our” or “HMUK”).
By using the Website you confirm your acceptance of these Terms and your agreement to comply with them. If you do not agree with these terms then you cannot legitimately use the Website.
We reserve the right to change these Terms at any time and without prior notice of any kind. We therefore recommend that you review these Terms periodically.
You the Model will remain a self-employed contractor in his or her relationship to Heavenly Models UK. Heavenly Models UK shall not be responsible for withholding taxes with respect of commission earned by models.
Models have no claim against holiday pay, sick leave, retirement benefits, social security, worker’s compensation, health or disability benefits, unemployment insurance, or employee benefits of any kind, as you are not classed as an employee of HMUK.
HMUK work in partnership with AWS Affiliate World Systems International Limited (“AWS”), and each model will need to agree to their company terms and conditions. In order for your application to be successful you must also supply a valid UK ID to us, which will be sent to AWS for verification. Once your identification has been approved by AWS, HMUK will no longer store your identification.
If you do not complete the application process or if you decide to withdraw your application, HMUK will delete all personal data that has been provided by the model within 30 days of the last contact with the model, or upon the Model’s request to delete it, whichever is sooner.
HMUK reserve the right to decline any applications received without giving reason of any form of notice
ACCOUNT
If you wish to apply to become a model you will be asked to supply certain information to your account, but not limited to, your full name, date of birth, phone number, email address and Identification documents.
You, the Model, must be 18 years of age or older at the time of submitting your application to HMUK. This is the minimum legal age to become a Model.
When registering as a Model with HMUK, you the Model are automatically giving consent for us to share your personal information with our third party partner, AWS, and for our own use. Further information can be found in our Privacy Policy.
You, the Model, must follow all network broadcasting rules when broadcasting over the network offered by AWS. These rules can be found in the “Legal Agreements” and “Privacy” sections on the AWS website. If you fail to follow the network rules your account may be removed from the network without any prior notice from AWS or HMUK.
PAYMENT
All payments made to Models are calculated and made in Pound Sterling (GBP).
Models must have access to a UK bank account. Payments will only be made into a UK bank account.
Invoice slips are available on request, and will include the amount in GBP and transfer date for that payment.
All payments that are made to Models are considered as commission, which is first paid to us by AWS, and then passed on to you, the Model.
Payments are made to the model weekly, one week in arrears.
There is a minimum payment threshold with our service, of £25.
We reserve the right to withhold any payments if fraud or misuse is suspected.
You, the Model, hold responsibility for the payment information provided to us, however that information has been submitted.
Models are entitled to set their own credit rates on their AWS profile. Models do not earn the entire rate indicated on their AWS profile. Models earn 49p for every one credit earned through AW. This includes the operating costs of AWS & HMUK. HMUK reserves the right to change any models payment rates without prior notice and without reason.
TERMINATION
We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including but not limited to the Model breaching either the terms of AWS or HMUK.
You, the Model, are free to discontinue your relationship with HMUK at any time, and without penalty. Any commission due to you will be paid as normal and at the normal time. To ensure that your profile and your personal information are fully deleted, please notify us of your intention to discontinue your relationship with us. This can be done by email.
COPYRIGHT NOTICE
All of the contents on the Website and any downloadable or viewable documents, videos or files provided to Models remain the property of Heavenly Models UK, unless otherwise stated.
Our copyright terms apply to all original works, including training guides and other information products that are obtained from the website, or otherwise obtained in any other format.
Contents may not be copied, reproduced, modified, published, sold, distributed or displayed without our prior written consent.
CHANGES TO THE TERMS
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time.
